Enter the front door to a beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen, and Step Down Sunken Den. The three bedroom are cozy with two bedrooms furnished with queen sized beds and the Primary bedroom furnished with a board game closet, designated office space/closet, King sized bed, recliner, futon couch, coffee/tea station and a wall mounted TV. The primary bath has a soaker tub, vanity, and seperate shower. The patio has a community table as does the pool deck area. The BBQ and pool are available to use as well as the spa. Plenty of room for a round of corn hole and a couple of self-directed stretch/meditation sessions.
Other Details to Note
This house is designed for up to eight adults seeking peace and solitude...it is not designed for children under the age of 18. If you choose to bring underage children please use caution in the backyard, around the pool area, and inside around the den room and fireplace...your supervision is the key to safety.

The neighborhood is quiet yet active. You’ll notice neighbors out working in their yards and walking their dogs.
Guest Access
There are 5 e-lock doors: One on each of the two front doors (secuity screen & wooden), two in the patio area, and one connecting the garage to the den/family room. Use your personal code on all doors and encourage all guest to know the code so they don't get locked out. The garage space is reserved for owners but can be used with permission. The washer, dryer, and portable drying rack are available for guest use. Clothes line is in backyard for pool towels and/or clothes drying.

Location
From Utah Trail (heading south) turn left on Baseline Rd. Take the fourth right (Maude Adams Ave.) this takes you directly to the house (Maude Adams Ave. and Twilight Dr.). Our landmark is the very tall back yard palm tree. Our driveway access is off Maude Adams Ave. Please park there as there is no overnight parking due to city code. You’ll see our VHR permit sign on the fence that contains our trash/recycle cans. Our front door is off Twilight Dr. Your door code works on both the screen and wooden front door. FYI, if you turn right on Baseline Dr from Utah Trail you will pass an elementary school and end up at the Casino. If you continue straight on Utah Trail you end up in the Joshua Tree National Park. Both could be fun adventures :)
